Although I'm personally not a fan of humanized ponies that keep their horn, I especially like her face. The hair looks lovely (The little bald spot has already been mentioned but I still like the overall puffiness.) In my opinion, Rarity need to have a bigger forehead and you captured this nicely. Also thumbs up for the nose. Overall, the face is pretty well done, only her chin is very pointy and looks more like an Anime shape.
The body is also nicely drawn. I especially like her shoulders and that lovely breast of hers.
My only little critique (or advice if you will) are the feet. I know that I myself am not the greatest artist and the transition from the lower leg to the foot is really annoying me while trying to draw realistically. So, I think you should have added the ankles. They add a certain degree of 'elegance' and help attach the feet in a fluent way.
Also, her right knee seems a little sharp and pointy. (Again, I must be having some issues xD) But it still fits somehow.
Overall a really nice picture of everybody's favourite fashionista. ;D
